FAQ

  • At Welle Studio Pilates, while we don't label our approach as "clinical Pilates," we use the Pilates method and apparatus to address postural issues, muscle imbalances, and aid in rehabilitation after surgery, injury, or trauma. We also work with various pathologies and conditions that may otherwise limit clients in their daily physical activities and overall well-being.

  • Studio sessions begin with a 1:1 initial consultation. It is essential to create a personalised program tailored to your body and goals, ensuring effectiveness. This approach is ideal for achieving targeted results or supporting injury recovery. It also allows our teachers to work efficiently with you in a small group setting (maximum of 3 clients) using studio Pilates equipment.

Our group mat classes are designed for clients who are injury-free. In these classes, all participants follow the same carefully crafted sequences, with modifications provided when necessary. Group mat classes are a cost-effective option for those looking to move regularly, featuring mat work often incorporating small apparatus. At Welle we have a variety of classes for differing levels and abilities. Please chose the classes that suit you best.

  • At Welle Pilates, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

    • Studio Sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in forfeiting the full fee for the session.

    • Group Mat Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 9 hours prior to the class start time. If canceled within 9 hours, the class will be deducted from your pack.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fair and efficient schedule for all clients.

  • At Welle Pilates, we are committed to providing the highest quality instruction and facilities to all clients. Our pricing reflects the level of expertise, personalized attention, and premium equipment we offer in every session. While we don't offer concession prices, we do provide flexible class packages and membership options to suit different needs and budgets, ensuring everyone can benefit from our services.
