MEET JULIA
I began practicing Pilates over a decade ago while studying dance at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA). After sustaining an injury in my second year, I turned to Pilates for rehabilitation and discovered its transformative power in restoring movement and balance. My passion for Pilates only grew from there, leading me to complete my comprehensive training with Body Arts and Science International (BASI) in 2019.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping others move more efficiently and recover from pain or injury, just as Pilates did for me. At Welle Pilates, I combine my background in dance and deep understanding of movement with a personalised approach to help clients find strength, alignment, and ease in their bodies.
